Gossekicourt
A playful variation on the Walloon name for the village of Goetsenhoven: "Gossencourt." It translates to "gosse qui court" — a child running faster than the stereotypes.
Pinot Gris - Single Variety White
This wine is made from Pinot Gris grapes grown on a 0.25-hectare vineyard planted in 2016, with 800 vines grafted on Couderc rootstock.
The wine has a light fizz and is unfiltered, adding to its vibrant character. It opens with a touch of reduction, offering flinty aromas, followed by notes of yellow apple, pear, and aged mandarin. On the palate, it is fresh and lively, with the apple returning in a crisper form, alongside hints of citrus and grapefruit on the finish. High acidity, low alcohol (12%), and dry without being austere. We're curious to see how it will age; it strongly recalls a Pet' Nat.
