Ishikawa Orange - Domaine Beekborne
A wine born out of chance and experimentation. In the harvest year, Domaine Beekborne faced a shortage of storage space, so they decided to leave the grapes to rest in barrels without any intervention. Fermentation began spontaneously and continued until December, resulting in a lively, unique wine with a character all its own.
Grape: 100% Chardonnay
